Delete your nTensity account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all associated data: workouts, plans, body metrics, journal entries, chat history, gyms, and photos. This cannot be undone.
In the app (preferred)
Settings → Account → Delete Account → confirm.
By email
Send a request to support@ntensity.app from the email address associated with your account (the one you use with Sign in with Apple or Google), with the subject “Delete my account.”
- If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, send the request through the app’s support link or include your relay address so we can locate the account.
- We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. You’ll receive a confirmation when it’s done.
What’s deleted
Everything tied to your account in our systems — profile, fitness data, journal entries, chat messages, and uploaded photos — including copies held by our storage provider. Backups age out within 30 days of deletion. Data already processed by our AI provider is subject to their retention limits (API inputs are not used for model training by default).
