nTensity Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the nTensity app, operated by Galvanic LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
nTensity is an AI-assisted fitness companion: it helps you log workouts, build training plans, and track fitness-related data, with coaching responses generated by artificial intelligence.
2. Not medical advice
nTensity does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Workout suggestions are generated by AI and are for general fitness purposes only. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for judging what is safe for you. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, or risk factor. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or distress. You assume all risk arising from your training decisions.
3. AI-generated content
Coach responses are machine-generated. They can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate to your situation despite our safeguards. They are suggestions, not instructions.
4. Your account
You must sign in with a valid Apple or Google account and be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (including automated or excessive use of AI features).
5. Your data
You own the fitness data you create. You grant us the license needed to operate the service (storing, processing, and transmitting it to the subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy). You can delete your account and data at any time.
6. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, reselling of AI output at scale, attempts to extract other users’ data, or use of the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Beta software
During beta (TestFlight) distribution, the service is provided as-is and may change, break, or lose data despite our efforts. Back up anything you can’t afford to lose.
8. Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Galvanic LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR TRAINING DECISIONS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF GREATER).
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
