nTensity Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 4, 2026
nTensity (“the app”) is an AI-powered fitness companion operated by Galvanic LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what we collect, why, where it goes, and your choices.
What we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and (if shared) your name. We never see or store a password. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email,” we receive the relay address Apple generates.
Fitness and training data you create. Workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, training plans, cardio and mobility sessions, sleep logs, gym and equipment details, and your training preferences.
Body and wellness data you choose to provide. Weight, height, date of birth, sex, activity level, and journal entries (which may include mood, energy, stress, soreness, heart-rate metrics, and free-text notes). All of it is optional and skippable.
Chat messages and voice. Messages you send to the AI coach. Voice input is transcribed on your device using Apple’s speech recognition — your audio never leaves your phone; only the resulting text is sent, and only when you send it.
Photos. If you photograph gym equipment for identification, that photo is processed by our AI provider and stored with your gym profile. Photos are only captured when you initiate it.
What we do NOT collect: advertising identifiers, location, contacts, browsing history. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
How we use it
- To provide the product: logging workouts, building plans, tracking progress, and powering the AI coach.
- To generate AI responses: your chat messages, and relevant context from your training history, preferences, and journal, are sent to our AI provider to produce the coach’s replies.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it (subprocessors)
| Provider | Role | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic (Claude API) | AI processing for the coach | Chat messages; training/journal context included in prompts; equipment photos you submit for identification. Per Anthropic’s API terms, API data is not used to train their models by default. |
| Supabase | Database, authentication, file storage | All account and fitness data; equipment photos |
| Fly.io | Application server hosting | Data in transit through our server |
| Apple | Sign in with Apple; TestFlight/App Store distribution | Authentication tokens; crash reports and TestFlight feedback if you opt in via Apple |
All connections use TLS encryption in transit; data at rest is stored with our database provider in encrypted form.
Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- By request: see our Account Deletion page or email support@ntensity.app. We complete deletion within 30 days and it is irreversible.
Health disclaimer
nTensity is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Journal and body metrics are used solely to personalize your training experience. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
Children
nTensity is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post material changes here and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
