Common questions
Voice input isn’t working. Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and Speech Recognition are enabled for nTensity.
The rest timer doesn’t ring. The timer rings even in the background via a notification — make sure notifications are allowed for nTensity. “Play even on silent” (Settings → Rest timer) rings through the mute switch while the app is open.
My data looks wrong or is missing. Pull up the Today tab and tap Retry if an error is shown; if the problem persists, email us with the approximate time it happened.
